A:Theoretically, it is possible for HIV to be transmitted from the semen, or blood, of someone with HIV to an uninfected individual through that person’s eye. Though this is extremely rare, there have been cases of health workers being infected with HIV as a result of blood splashes in the eye. However, the eye has its own defence mechanisms; blinking and tears. When someone cums in your eye, your eye will produce tears which try and rinse the fluid away. While the risk of infection is tiny, if you’re worried, rinse your eye with some warm water.
